sharePam Grier, hands down. I am heterosexual & middle aged, but for an older woman to look like Pam does is IMo more of a feat than a young woman looking nubile & pretty. She was in her mid 50's when she was in the show.
2nd, I'd say Jennifer Beals, for the same reason as Pam Grier, older, yet hot/slim/pretty.
Most of the cast, while having pretty faces, were way too skinny IMO.
Pam Grier, I totally agree. A middle age woman who doing the course of the show and having to work with young shapely women, she was holding her own. Bette, tall and shapely and then there was Helena.

when i was re watching season 2 and 3.. there is an episode in season 3 when carmen dances for shane and shane unzips careens dress and she's wearing black lacey underwear i was like godDDAAAAAMMNN she has a body i would love to get my hands on. so i would say carmen. the most sexy body at least.
bette has a great body mixed with her character's confidence and intellect make me want to say bette was the sexiest.

dana did have great tits though, before she got sick.. i just didnt like how skinny her arms were.
and to everyone saying shane has the best body... i have to ask... WHAT body? shane was like a pencil. no curves. nothing. sure she is sexy in her own right but she does not have a better body than other castmates.
