I saw Welcome to Mooseport today and it REALLY REALLY REALLY rocked my world! my friend it I were laughing hysterically it was the perfect balance between romance and comedy and even though it was about political stuff it wasn't boring or anything. I have NOTHING but GOOD things to say about it...i definetly recommend it if you like Gene Hackman, Ray Romano, or Maura Tierney.

Absolutely! This movie doen't have a mean bone in its body :) and I highly recommend it as a funny, intelligent, even witty, film.
shareI love Ray Romano but I cant decide whether I like this movie. The comedy was a bit dry but at least the movie itself takes you on an adventure which is fun to watch in itself. The casting was pretty well done. Its not over the top stupid, its more like a smart feel good comedy. A superb rental. A good purchase for a non-new-release or on-special price.
To the people who say Raymond cant act, you are wrong. He can act. Remember he is only acting how the script/director tell him too. Blame the writer. He is also more of a sitcom kind of guy. I adore Everybody Loves Raymond and Men of a Certain Age has ranked highly and I cannot wait to see it.
