When Michael and Tobias are in the hidden room of the model home, and Tobias remarks that "someone" left some old bodybuilding magazines there. However opening one, it screams "MY NAME IS JUDGE!" referring to the talking ads for the mock trial show the family appears on in the same episode, as well as indicating the magazine is quite new and Tobias himself most likely hid it there.

Also that Tobias was walking into his "workout room" carrying a large resealable bag that he tosses aside as soon as he sees Michael in there.

What exactly was Tobias going to put into that bag? I know what I think and it's gross.

Something I just caught the other day that you'd only get with closed captioning:

The maid Lupe was in bed with Buster, and fired when she was caught with Lucille. Lindsay (who had picked Lupe up before and forced her to clear her house) was willing to hire Lupe when she said that Lupe was walking home and asked Lupe if she could "dustbuster" her house." Lupe replied, "No more DOES BUSTER!"

And horrified the look on Lupe's face when Lindsay says, "Fine! I'll dustbuster."
