There's a joke in season 4 regarding the likeness of Gob and Job:
Gob is at a bar talking to Steve Holt (who he doesn't recognize), and laments all the bad things that keep happening to him "like that guy in the Bible."
The bartender overhears and says "Job" to which Gob responds "What?" as if he is being addressed.
