The most disturbing episode?

I have seen a lots of the episodes in this series and the most disturbing one has to be the one with the passenger killing all of the crew in cockpit with a gun and then crashing the plane.
This was in season-11 ep-10 "I`m the problem"

I find this series very interesting.

I've watched tons of episodes: I'm completely addicted to this series. My personal most disturbing is by very far Iran Air Flight 655 (Mistaken Identity). It made me sick to my stomach and so angry it hurt. It's the only episode which reruns I've always avoided because it was so painful to watch.
My second most disturbing episode, paradoxically, is one that doesn't end in a crash at all (the plane was landed safely and everyone emerged physically unscathed): British Airways Flight 9 (Flying from the Sky). I find this episode makes the helplessness and confusion of pilots confronted to phenomenons they don't understand, and the terror of the passengers remarkably palpable. I'm now familiar with the storyline but it still makes me *beep* bricks each time I see it.

Its been 18 months since I made this topic and obviously I have seen many more episodes since then.
Read the replies here and I rezognise some of the shows mentioned.
Ghost Plane episode With Helios Airways Flight 522 in 2005 was disturbing as well.
All crew and passengers had lost conscious due to low/no oxygen except flight attendant Andreas Prodromou who tried to save the plane but crashed when plane went out of fuel.
Then we have the Germanwings Flight 9525 that was crashed on purpose by Andreas Lubitz this march.
This will no doubt be a disturbing episode when they produce it......

For me, any episode that that involves a collision in the LA area hits rather close to home. When I was a kid, my dad used to do a lot of business related travel and went to LA on more than a few occasions. He used to travel in the business class section near the front of the plane and being this was pre-9/11, the cockpit door was often left open and he could hear the pilots talking. According to my dad, there wasn't a trip he has taken to LA where he didn't hear the pilots chewing out air traffic control because they almost hit another aircraft.

The most one for me is the one where the plane is burning and people were somehow falling from it.

The 2nd one is where the guy myrdered some people with a gun and crashed it.

The saddest one is probably the collision one from the early series.

"Kid in the Cockpit" is by far the most disturbing when it comes to the reason behind the Crash. I also will agree with PSA 1771. Freaky and unnecessary actions. Though I will say the Boeing 737 rudder problems were just plain scary. I don't even know how that kind of failure can happen.
