This movie was supposed to be scary? It was just nasty.. The jump scares were all predictable and I never even watch scary movies. The monsters were also very weak, most teenage boys could have killed them easily. Absolute joke.

shareThe scene when she gets stuck was probably one of the best scenes of tension in horror. Neil Marshall nailed the look and feel of claustrophobia perfectly and I felt scared. The monsters may have ruined it for you, but that scene sticks with me. The lighting of the cave was also really well done. The sequel couldn't do it and it shows good film and set work.
I agree, silly girly film.
