My God is the Princess annoying.

I'm watching this on Netflix and I'm amazed how irritating this girl is. Farah of the game was strong, fiesty, and noble. Tamamia (or however you spell it) is just a bitch.

reply

never played the game or heard of it before watching the movie for that matter, but the princess in the movie seemed every bit 'strong, fiesty, and noble'

reply

that means she must be aMAIZing in bed

I can't get over her creepy half ear. Also born with 12 fingers. I wonder if she has an uncle-cousin?

reply

wtf 12 fingers

if you're a guy that's just ridiculous.. if you're a girl you're quite clearly very jealous. who cares if she was born with 2 extra fingers? you wouldn't know if she didn't tell you. plus she had her ear corrected when she was little so it's hardly even noticeable. she's one of the most gorgeous women in the world. she's like the definition of ethereal beauty.

I second these words. My thoughts exactly.

Tamina had every reason in the world to be defensive, uncooperative and completely devoid of trust in the beginning. She had far more to lose than anyone. She was one of the few people that understood the enormity of the greater situation. Tamina knew that the Persians had no idea what they were dealing with. She behaved the way she did out of fear...Fear, that the Persians would discover the dagger's ability, not appreciate the gravity of the circumstances and do smething that would wipe the earth clean. She was wrong to believe for one second that she knew everything about Dastan and the kind of man he and all his people were. But, again, she had every reason in the world to have little faith and trust in the Persians.
I think Dastan saw right through her...saw right through the many mental barriers she erected. And one by one, he was able to break through those barriers by way of his actions and words. He proved to her that he wasn't (what she perceived to be) a "typical Persian;" or even a terrible person for that matter. Dastan had extremely thick skin, a great deal of patience and the mental fortitude to not let his emotions get the best of him (one could swear he'd worked in the retail industry at one point in his life.) She tried to scare and intimidate him and he didn't let her get to him. This is why they were able to come together over the course of the film as partners and eventually in their feelings for one another.
Personally, i'd love the challenge of breaking down her mental barriers in order to get to the real woman inside.

Wow, well said :D

I cannot agree more with everything you mentioned.

I like tough and hardly pleased kind of girl like Astrid :D

Yes, that's more like it ^^

reply

Yes, she was indeed a total moaner. The film would have been at least twice as good if only she'd have shut up for more than a minute. What the Prince saw in her I'll never know.. he should have dumped her and married one of those cute girlies in the harem. Yum..

reply

She's great to look at so she gets a pass. If you don't like her in Persia then go watch Clash of the Titans

reply

You're right. Her character is VERY annoying.

reply

I really wanted her to be killed off throughout the whole entire film. All she did was yell and scream and be lame. Plus I never felt their chemistry.

While watching this film I thought of Kingdom of Heaven which reminded me how much I would have rather had Eva Green in that role. hehe

At the end of it all I wanna be in Your arms

reply

Yeah, I wasn't very fond of this character either when I saw the movie.

Gemma as the princess Tamina killed the movie, in a horrible way. Every young British actress today feels like she has to shape her acting ability around the acting styles of Kate Winslet, Catherine Zeta Jones and/or Rachel Weisz. Be yourselves people!!!!
