Does anyone here not think this show is funny?

I tried to watch a few times, but just don't get the humor. The cast is great, but the writing is really bad.

Watch the first few seasons, before Amy and Bernadette were brought in. Those were the best years. The last few seasons, which seemed to be largely about Bernadette verbally abusing Howard, were lousy.

I never was into this. To be fair though lots of modern sitcoms of this time I didn't find funny either.

Right, sitcoms these days are just not as funny as the older ones. The writing and characters need to be strong in order to have a great and funny sitcom.
