Walter about to die and uses cellphone

LMAO Mike as good as he was would never allow Walter to make a phone call. He dials 911 they have his location. Just didn't seem plausible. I know it's only a show but I find that funny

reply

??????????

WTF are you talking about??

Walt didn't use his cell phone to call 911. he was talking to LYDIA.......who had called TODD'S cell phone!!! The cops came on their own after receiving multiple reports of gunfire at Jack's compound.

reply

I said if Walt dials 911 they have his location that's what the fuck I'm talkin about learn to read fuck periods decipher before you comment

reply

I understood what you were saying, but in all fairness to mtxmind you wrote this like a statement of fact, as though this is what happened:
"He dials 911 they have his location."

It would have been better:
If he had used it to dial 911, then they would have his location.

reply

LMAO yes my typing isn't correct no doubt. Plus I use voice recognition on my phone so I don't know where it puts commas or periods

reply

you sound dumb as hell bro

Trembley, Your post is confusing for many reasons. Mentioning "Mike" and "Walter" in the same conversation as Walter's death makes no sense because Mike was long gone. I agree with mtxmind:

????????

Jesse was the only other person alive when "Water was about to die", as your title states. Are you sure you didn't mean JESSE instead of MIKE?

I'm so confused. "Walter is about to die and Mike lets Walter use his cell phone, doesn't seem plausible".

Also, using Voice Recognition on a bulletin board might not be the best idea, because your lack of punctuation will cause others to misunderstand.

But did you know that with voice recognition you can say the words PERIOD and COMMA and your punctuation will be entered for you?

Have a nice day!

My confusion over Trembley's OP was from 1)- the thread title, & 2)- the " He USES HIS cellphone....." part, which led me to think that somehow Trembley had missed the part where Walt takes Todd's cell phone that was ringing out of (dead) Todd's pocket.

And then there is the matter of Trembley's initial response to my post-

I said if Walt dials 911 they have his location that's what the fuck I'm talkin about learn to read fuck periods decipher before you comment

Now, how the heck am I supposed to " decipher " a clearly confusing thread title & post text that taken together, shows a seeming ignorance of what actually happened in that scene?? And the apoplectic tone of your response? Dude, I realize this is the Internet & all, but seriously there was no need for that. It was the constant " flame war " - type crap like that, that killed the old IMDb message boards.

reply

I agree, it's users like Trembley that sadly killed the IMDB message boards. People had to come out firing insults rather than having healthy debate. That and of course the TROLLS.

This board is OK, but I miss the activity-level of IMDB, minus the trolls.

reply

Man, I'm with you on this. IMDB was universal for discussion on movies and TV shows.

I wish they had gone to a premium subscription model rather than shut down the boards entirely.

I'd pay maybe $20 a year. Imagine the number of users they had at $20 a year for "premium" message board access. Not only would they be able to monetize it, they would avoid the trolls that made so many sock accounts to harass people AND tie the user account to a real person.

That would have been so much better in my opinion.

reply

I would've paid for IMDB as well, so that it could've been monitored. I noticed that Yahoo just shut down their story-comments for the same reason. Idiots and trolls.

IMDB was so active and interesting while Breaking Bad was on AMC in the initial run.

Not to go off topic, but the idiots & trolls was only part of the reason for that. The real reason was too many commenters were pointing out the obvious left-wing bias in Yahoo's " News" (actually more like op-ed's) stories. A lot of left leaning media sites have done the same thing with their comment sections.

reply

I've noticed the bias in "race reporting" on Yahoo and other left-wing sites.

When a white guy kills a black guy, they ALWAYS mention race of both parties. When the suspect is black, they NEVER mention race.

reply

That would have been great!

reply

So you made up some shit that didnt happen , LMAO'd , admitted it was implausible ,
and then blamed the show?

wow
I dont think i'm coming back to the breaking bad part of this website again ...

reply

Why would Walt dial 911?

reply

because the OP said so

Is the OP talking about the scene at the laundromat where they are about to kill Walt and Walt convinces Mike to let him use the cellphone to call Jesse?

reply

I think the OP is referring to the final scene; that's the only time that Walter is about to die. It's confusing as hell because I don't know if he's confusing MIKE and JESSE, or meaning that Mike would've prevented Walter from making that call.
