I am not quite sure what to think of this character. When the show started years ago...I hated the guy for what he did to Bran. Then he did what did with Brienne and saved her from being raped and I began to look at him differently.

So I started to like the guy...and whenever he's in a scene I am glued to it. But there are still times when I flipping hate him so much for his devotion to Cersei.

And tonight...giving Lady Olenna that poison. That pissed me off like nobody's business.

I just wish he'd open his eyes and see his sister for the monster she is. Honestly...I think he does...but he loves her anyway.

Ugh!

I disagree. Olenna is one of my favorite characters, but she deserved to die. The old Jamie would have absolutely slaughtered her. What makes you think he's turned into an absolute softy? If he spared her for any reason whatsoever, it would have been blasphemous. No man of his history and position would make such a radical change in that short a period of time. She colluded to have Cersei killed. Did you guys forget that or something?
