How woke is this?
I was planning on watching this film, since I enjoy Shakespeare adaptations. However, a fellow professor at the university I lecture at mentioned that a black man plays Macbeth, the brave Scottish general who becomes king.
I have also been informed that Macduff is similarly played by a Nubian.
How absurd.
Shame on Joe Coen for giving in to the SJW mob and making a piece of propaganda that acknowledges that people of color exist and can act in movies.
