LaVera fine with horrific violence but nudity upsets her?

Lauren LaVera got upset on Twitter awhile back and bitched at someone who said this movie didn’t have enough nudity.

It’s a legitimate complaint about horror films but she decided to whine about it and act insulted.

So I guess she’s fine with showing graphic depictions of horrific brutality and sadism against women, but exposing bare breasts really upsets her?

reply

I wouldn't mind seeing her in the buff but honestly she's probably happy she got a lead role in a movie... only to go online and see everyone complaining that they didn't get to see her boobs. Naturally she'd be annoyed.

Don't look into it too much kid.

reply

It’s no different than starring in a superhero film and someone says there wasn’t enough action.

It’s part of the genre.

She even filmed a shower scene but refused to face the camera.

'She even filmed a shower scene but refused to face the camera.'

It may only have been a rear view but it was still very welcome!

Whining on twitter will only hurt in the long run.

Especially if the winds change and someone dredges up your out-of-fashion post from ten years ago.

Celebs need to learn to shut up about basically anything and everything, and especially politics, and just stick to acting and spending all their money and stop concerning themselves with the world outside the happy little bubble they live in.

I remember a few years ago Kristen Stewart was upset that she had to wear heels on the red carpet in Cannes because those are the rules for women at that particular event, and meanwhile somewhere else in the world someone can't find clean drinking water.

Fuck off, celebs.

And getting naked. The women anyway.

Perfectly put.

the violence is fake

the nudity is real

reply

More reason to see the nudity.

reply

smart!

Go down the street and ask someone if they'd rather have their head blown off in a movie or appear naked on camera, I guarantee you at least 95% of the people will chose having their head blown off.

reply

Now ask them which they’d prefer in real life.

They’ll chose naked every time.

Movies should reflect reality.
