Mistake to not use hand-drawn animation…
One of the most appealing aspects of the game is the classic animation style. This appears to be computer animated. Bummer :/

shareI've never heard of this game, but the style definitely resembles classic cartoons from the 30s/40s. Not sure if this show would be my kind of thing, but absolutely a shame they're not going for the same hand-drawn style.
shareIt’s a great game. Yeah, the creators were inspired by the animation of that era—particularly a Japanese propaganda cartoon, I believe is what sparked it all.
They had a process where they animated everything the traditional way, then transferred it all to computer. The game runs at 60 frames per second, but the animation is played at 24 FPS. It’s cool.
