Mad Maxine (neutral good)
Reaper (neutral bad) I'd play him as being bad but with an honor system in play.
Deadman (bad): this is the guy that took the nuke option, helped tenpenny against the ghouls, sold slaves, etc. Anything wrong you can possibly think of doing in Fallout 3, he's done it. Eyes of a Deadman who never learned to truly live has made choices that put his actions on automatic because he believes he can never come back from them.
