Me personally i would've killed them. Taking them with me would be the 2nd closest option but i would be dragging ass if i took them with me and my crew.
Killing them and covering it up would suck but it's really the only ideal solution.
Assess what are my chances of discreetly killing them and not getting court martialed. I presume I would know my men very well, so I would need to gauge how likely it is that any of them would turn me in.

It’s important NOT to forgot why all humans should fight gangs like Taliban,ISIS…etc. We are (at least we should be) fighting them mainly because they KILL and OPRESS people. So, killing the 3 with no reasonable doubt that they are terrorist/pro terrorists is NO GO ; it will make us like our enemies. I see the rules of engagement here secondary to the moral rules.
Yet, in a hostile environment were it’s “likely” to be in danger, the option is clear: TIE THEM UP !

I've never been in combat so I honestly don't know how to answer that question or what the right decision would be. I certainly don't envy the dilemma they faced.
sharei would have tied them up but blindfold them first and take them on a walk so if they got loose it would take them a while to "call back home"
