Finding it to be a chore to get through season 3

Episodes are just boring, not funny, and way too long now, Ted Lasso don't need hour long episodes, it should always be 30-35 minutes tops, theres not enough story there to have 55 plus minute episodes for an entire season.

Yea I'm stuck in the middle of ep 8 and it's too much relationship BS. Let's get back to the thing that made the show great. Soccer and swearing.

It was rough. Episodes were way too long. The preachy storylines were brutal. The scene where the players are debating the leaked video is one of the worst scenes I've ever seen in a good show. It's like they asked a bunch of high school kids to write a scene about data theft.

A bunch of their main storylines ended abruptly as well. It was all about Zava and suddenly he's just gone. The rivalry with Nate and him working for the enemy? He quits his job off-screen. Or was he fired? I wasn't even sure because the way we find out about it is like we missed an entire episode. Even the whole thing with Rupert. Before the last match we find out he's in trouble so he's already been taken down. They include a little dialogue implying a win might help him with a sexual assault case which is ridiculous. Everything was so anti-climactic.

I don’t think there was an implication that a win might help Rupert with whatever LEGAL trouble he was in because of sexual harassment. The implication was that with the Champions League spot he might be able to remain as chairman of the club. Presumably the board of directors would be willing to let the sexual harassment matter slide and not push him out.
