Terrible Movie.

This movie is so bad it played out three of the exact same scenarios!!

Aldo Gucci (Pacino) walks in happily greeting Patrizia (Gaga).

Also they repeat celebrating Aldo’s birthday. Both scenes felt odd. None of the characters spend meaningful time to have the audience care.

Lady Gaga spoke like Melania Trump. The real woman spoke similarly but you could tell she was Italian not Russian.

Then you had these idiot older parents who brought their two teen daughters to watch this in my theater! These sheltered fools really thought “Oh, Ridley Scott made Gladiator. Great movie, and it stars Lady Gaga.”

OK, morons I’m at least 30 years younger than both of you and I know Ridley Scott hasn’t been Gladiator in a long damn while! (Didn’t you see Exodus?!?)

You aren’t going to get that mature movie that puts Avengers to shame. Instead you’ll leave thinking “That love scene was pornographic and this movie was allround awful!” (Razzie- tastic Jared Leto)

I kept looking at the teen daughters especially during the break and fortunately they weren’t impressed at all. If the old folks insist on have them watch a grown movie have them see Little Women (2019). That was the last older audience movie that did well according to media and is perfect for the girls. The four women actually felt like sisters and they erased the disgusting older man love plot who tells the girl what book to write. The improvements were immense in that movie.

Also director made Adam Driver awkwardly sit and slowly smile a lot.
They also portrayed Tom Ford as an immature boy (calling mommy after getting a gold star) who was only good for showing ass on the runway. No wonder the man was sad for days after seeing the movie. (Madonna-style will haunt you)
They also immediately show the Gucci is going bankrupt meeting after the fashion show driving home the fact that Tom Ford wasn’t stuff and couldn’t save Maurizio’s position.

Only good thing was the cinematography sometimes and costumes. Gaga looked the part.

Why did you even go to it? Wasn't it obvious from the trailer the type of shit show it would be?

It was better than Licorice Pizza.
And I noticed too he had two birthday parties or was it different views of the same one? And what was that sports game they played at the first birthday party, Beat Up Everyone Who Is Not You?

I got the impression that they were either celebrating his birthday with a different group of family members, or it was intended to show that another year had passed. Certainly unclear.
