What a ridiculous idea, it's like doing a sequel to Schindler's List and making it a Romantic Comedy. Why the hell would they do that?
shareI'm more curious about it now than I would be if it was just a plain sequel. I'm definitely going to catch it on blu-ray (I don't go to cinema too often nowadays).
shareSince I don't like musicals in general, I'm very disappointed by this decision, because I really liked the original Joker and expected a serious sequel, not a musical.
shareI think in this one there will be a few songs like 3-4 it won't be a full on musical with people bursting into song every 7 minutes.
shareAnd I am sure when the joker started singing and dancing, and all the goons dance with him as back up dancers, there will be a long standing ovation from the movie audience.

shareIf I had to guess what they're aiming for, it would be something like Sweeney Todd...except in Gotham.
