Still don't understand why this movie scores so low with so many fans

It's a good movie with a multi-faceted plot, two villains who have reasons to hate Tony Stark, the introduction of Black Widow and a government attempt to get the Iron Man tech.

Does it have issues? Yes. There's a lot in this movie, like many subplots and I've heard the argument yet again (a lame one, in my opinion) about a "weak" villain in Whiplash. That last argument is one I don't take seriously. It's just a nitpick that people who don't like the MCU's success use to damper fan's enthusiasm. It also doesn't work, at least not on me.

Pacing could have been a little more seamless but overall, its' a fun follow-up to Iron Man.

It's watchable but it's probably the worst MCU movie alongside Thor: The Dark World.

I remember loving it when it first came out, but going back and watching it I see what people were talking about.

The story just isn't all that great and too much of the films is spent trying to set up The Avengers instead of making a sequel to Iron Man. It's a bit of a mess of a film.

Iron Man 2 is the best Iron Man movie and one of the best MCU movies.

The critics are just stupid and ludicrous.

The problem with IRONMAN 2 is it came off the more successful IRONMAN and really, I felt like they created Mickey O'Rourke's villain to give IRONMAN someone to fight while we waited for the AVENGERS

Had a weak ending. Pretty cool movie with a lot of good scenes, pretty awesome villain, lot of build up. And then it just kind of ends and that's it. Whole thing felt very rushed to screen. Film pretty much climaxes at the race track and we're only half way through it.

The critics to Iron Man 2 are so goddamn and unebeiably stupid.

Iron Man 2 is the best Iron Man movie by far and it's one of my favorite Marvel movies ever!
