These people you speak of who are going to be very excited about this?? Are these the same people who got excited at the prospect of Michael B. Jorden playing the Human Torch in the bombed and failed FANTASTIC FOUR 4" in 2016?? If so, this doesn't sound like much of an inspiration
No, I was meaning people who get excited about black people being cast in roles which were previously played by white people.
You know, the sort of people who saying things like:-
"Why can't they come with new stories for these people instead of appropriating these roles?"
"I've nothing against women being cast in strong roles. I've seen Alien and Terminator 2 and I'm totally happy with these women it's just..."
"Yeah I'm totally fine with these castings. Looking forward to see Nelson Mandela being played by Anthony Hopkins."
You know what I mean? It was that type of excitement I was talking about...
