It was fine. Kinda felt like a Streaming movie. Like some Lifetime production

I hate this trend and wish it would stop. So many times you start watching movie and you just know it's a tv movie. There is no Grandness in it. The music, the pace, cinematography.

And it feels cheap. Despite the fact that streaming may spend 100-200 million for production. Who will all probably go to salaries of actors and money laundering. Because movie feels cheap.

Here I had that feeling again. Despite it being set in In Los Angeles I had a feeling that movie was set in small suburban town.

Movie was kinda ok. You don't hate it and you forget it the moment you watched it. Unlike 17 again, Freaky Friday, 13 going on 30 who you remember 20 years after and rewatch time after time. This movie is not for rewatching.

I hated teens. But once young actors started playing adults - it was more interesting. Which shows once again that Hollywood hates teenagers and always writes them as annoying a-holes and it's not young actors fault when people hate them and their characters. They just do what writers told them.
