It's like the beginning of Scream except remove the tension and it lasts for an hour and a half.

Not sure what you mean. The "twists" were not the issue for me, the film lacks any suspense or tension.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of Mel, but he's done some decent movies lately so I thought I'd give it a try. Couldn't take it for very long and shut it down. 3/10.

I am a fan of him. I think he can act, write and direct, but this was just terrible.
