Why does no character in the movie need the whole Beekeeper thing explained?

Hutchison ask the obvious question of "so the guy keeps bees?", to which Jeremy Irons responds by telling him that if a beekeeper wants him dead then he's dead. But there's never any follow up question or clarification that a beekeeper in this context is apparently an extremely deadly govt agent. Everyone just rolls with it when they say he's a beekeeper with no questions asked!

I feel like if someone told me that I was 100% fucked because I pissed off a seamstress, I'm gonna need a bit more information before I panic!

Irons knew it was a code name for specialized force of badasses. I think a lot of them did. Some if the characters were definitely confused as to why the term mattered.

Hutchinson is who I was talking about and he definitely did not know. He just chose not to ask any follow-up on this obscure piece of information. It was odd is all i'm saying.

To me, the beekeeper is just another form of "John Wick"
