If you were to live forever, what age would you want to stay physically?

I'm sure that it's different for everyone. Maybe you would want to stop developing at 19 but for me personally I think my 30 year old body would be best. My brain would be fully developed, I stopped looking like a 'teenager' by 30 and I was probably at my strongest, muscle development wise and my joints, everything were still great.

Just because you live forever, doesn't mean you wouldn't gain or lose weight or increase or decrease muscle mass. You would just stay the same age ... or maybe you wouldn't. Maybe your body would continue to shrivel up but you would not be able to die. So at 200 you would look like 200 only you can't die. Sounds more like a curse now, doesn't it?

Anyway, I am with you mid to late 20s orderly 30s. Teenage is too young....

Tithonus's curse.

If I went by my own life, I'd want to stop at 21. My health problems started after that so yeah, 21 would be good.

Thirty-three was my peak of physical fitness, erectile function, clear eyesight, hair density, and good health in general. That's where I'd want to stay, physically.

My knees stopped working properly at 19 - so prolly just before that and only because of that.
