I mean she wasn't drinking anymore, she wanted to just soak in the shower, she was looking in the mirror just before that and it looked like she was going to get sick (morning sickness?)

she wasn't or they would have shown it or indicated it. she does drink with Jacob at the end. not sure what showering has to do with pregnancy. but the main point is, by the time she flies to LA she hasn't seen Jacob in over 6 months that she had spent with Simon.

ahahahaaaaa!! She wasn't pregnant - she was confused at her lack of warmth and his as well. After all they'd been through it wasn't the same anymore. There was a signal for the audience as to when it began to crumble. When Anna and Simon were about to make love and she was desperate to find the bracelet that Jacob had given her, for example. When she did find it, it was broken and at first she looked upset but then just resigned to it and tossed the broken trinket on the nightstand.
Jacob's moment of "slipping away" was when he didn't text her back as he had in the bar a previous time(in fact he even went out to talk to her and Sam saw this). But not nearing the end. He began to text her back: "I miss you, too"..but erased it. He was losing patience and emotion at the same time as Anna.
"...I have nipples, Greg. Could you milk me?"

shareNot sure. I wondered that myself and there were several things that make you think so. But they could all be explained by a new healthy life style and in a way being pregnant would be too simplistic an ending. So I think not but I do wonder what the director and writer had intended for the films ending.
