Walt n Vic

Am I the only one who's annoyed with Vic? I really loved her in season 1 when she seemed more like a witty daughter like co-worker. I really dislike the love interest for Walt from her, it's just so annoying.

To be honest with you I never liked Vic all that much. I thought she was unnecessarily rude to her coworkers. But I like her a lot more in the latest season. She stood up for Ferg when he lost his confidence and said he was a good cop. She always treated him rather poorly so that made me like her a lot more. Also, I don't think she is weak. Sure, she shows genuine human weaknesses from time to time like when she was at the trial for Chance Gilbert. But she is human and she is allowed to be weak on occasion. So I like her a lot more now even if she is a bit annoying.

I cant get over how Sackhoff overacted everything. Sorry to say but I really think she is an abysmal *beep* actor. Her faces for excitement, anger, being in love are so comical bad sometimes...always the same like she just ate 10 lemons and pushes her eyes out like a frog.

The the attempt to paint her as this woman who oozes sex, always wearing clothing 2 sizes to small. Just doesnt work and feels pathetic in its attempt.

THis sound like a "hater" post I get it. Its just I really like Longmire and she is the only one standing out that bad. Could be the script but watch her in BSG. Exactly the same. She has one way of "acting" and that gets poured over anything. If the situation is more dramatic she just makes an even more lemonish face and grimaces more.

Uh I should stop.

Sorry for the rant.

I really really like the series

I agree. She's pretty much a one note actor.

I agree. Katee is the weak link in a pretty stellar cast. Her reaction when Walt told Vic that Martha was murdered and didn't die of cancer was so bad I cringed and actually felt bad for Robert Taylor having to try to carry that scene and make it plausible. There's a reason most of her latest roles have been in low budget horror films where little acting ability is required.
