Did <SPOILER> actually hire Batroc to hijack the Lemurian Star?
When Pierce is talking with Steve Rogers at SHIELD headquarters shortly before the awesome elevator scene, he briefly lays out a scenario where Nick Fury hired Batroc to hijack the Lemurian Star ship as "...cover for the acquisition and sale of classified intelligence." I've never seen this discussed but I'm guessing that it was mostly true (except for the "sale" part). Fury did suspect something was amiss and anonymously hired Batroc to hijack the ship so that he could get Natasha onboard to extract the Project Insight data. Thoughts?
