Western star wars has already been done with Firefly/Serenity. Maybe Synder didnt now about those

I was hoping Dune would start a trend of mixing in more practical effects and making better use of CGI, but it doesn’t seem to be happening.

Part 1 looks too serious. Part 2 is more of a comedy.
