Cosa deve capire? Qui non c'è niente di profondo. I personaggi sono tutti muti, e passano il film a raccontarsi tra loro la trama. Stessa cosa come con il prometheo, buone idee che non hanno lo script per sostenerlo. Scott potrebbe dipingere un bel quadro, ma la trama e la qualità dello script sono malinconici.
What's to understand? There's nothing deep going on here. The characters are all dumb, and they spend the film telling each other the plot. Same thing as with prometheus, good ideas that didnt have the script to back it up. Scott might paint a pretty picture, but the plot and quality of the script are woeful.

What movie did I see? A different one to you obviously, because how you got "the movie is about facing our fears" I have no fuckung clue. The movie is about an android that creates a bunch of fucked aliens and proceeds to kill everyone. The characters are all crap. The 2nd in command is an untested, unskilled leader with no believe in himself or abilities? How the fuck did he get to be 2nd in command of earths first attempt to colonise another planet? Because the script, no logical explanation could ever be given for a man like that being chosen to lead at any level.
The pilot who wants to risk the lives of 2000 colonists so he make sure his wife is ok, then gets over her death pretty quick after all his huffing and puffing about making sure she's ok. Again, no one like that would be chosen for a mission like this.
The movie as a whole pissed all over the movie that same before it. Changing what could have been a very complicated character into a Bond villain with daddy issues. It then went on to steal the best bit of alien and aliens and turned into a force awakens for the alien franchise all be it with a better female lead character.
Just because Scott knows how to create a world like so few can doesn't negate the fact the script was dog shit.
