A pretty obvious plot hole

Led Zeppelin is a great band and all, but I would imagine that the number of people in America who can listen to Led Zeppelin and only Led Zeppelin, continually, are in the double-digits at most.

They have a very distinctive, riff-driven sound, and combined with the pitchy vocals, there's a limit to how much Zeppelin any one person can take and this person should be way past their limit by now, IMO. At LEAST in the stage of finding them somewhat annoying, but most likely gunning towards 'personal injury' territory from leaping towards the radio dial after hearing the first couple notes of any given Zeppelin song.
They should have chose Pink Floyd for her.

Also, I'm towards the end of episode 4 here and starting to really wonder if this is going anywhere...if this is going to get any better. I sure hope there's some kind of payoff...seems like its starting to push our patience some.

She's stunted. That's the point.

She also listened to LCD Sound System. I’ve never done a hard dive into Led Zeppelin myself, but I know lots of people have. People identify with the lyrics, especially broken addicts like Camille.

Ah yeah that's a good point. Very good point.

Okay, you don’t like Led Zep. How is this a plot hole? You might call it a wasted opportunity to have made what you think is a better musical choice, but it’s not a hole in the plot. Or did I miss the memo that notified me that the phrase “plot hole” is now the new shorthand for “something that I don’t like”?

Huh...where in my post does it say I don't like Led Zeppelin? In fact, HOW DARE YOU SIR, I will be GODDAMNED if I let you put words in my mouth.

No, I don't much care for Led Zeppelin after listening to them too much as a kid, but my point was:
"I would imagine that the number of people in America who can listen to Led Zeppelin and only Led Zeppelin, continually, are in the double-digits at most."

But you're right, its not a plot hole.
You're a plot hole.

The director liked Led Zepplin and chose it. Google Rolling Stone article about this.
