At the end, he's faced with some choices.
Chances are, he'll be convicted and get a stiff sentence, so I guess he'll have time to sort it out.
My guess is, if he makes it through prison, he'll try and support both babies. I don't see him abandoning either one. I trust he'll reconcile with his mom, and I think that's what she'd want.
Michelle/Sister is probably a lost cause.
