Meth cook or the guy who was cooking a burrito or whatever at the end of the latest episode?
The guy at the end was someone called Lalo. Saul mentioned him in BB along with Ignacio (Nacho)
That's the guy who came to replace Hector while he's out of the game. Nacho was annoyed because Bolsa told him a few episodes ago he could have some opportunity to step up. He expected to be promoted, and use his position to help Gus + get out from under the cartel. But instead they send this other guy.
