I'd say either Betsy Kettleman or Erin.

Although that slut living with Nacho (the one who met her dad, not the other ugly one) is pretty damn hot though too. Dat ass when she was walking over to the intercom.

Almost done with Season One and the only three I would consider are Mrs. Kettleman, that unnamed older woman in Jimmy's silent date scene and if I was drunk, the sleazy waitress who Jimmy convinced that he was Kevin Costner.
