Rank the DC TV characters from toughest to weakest
Something I'm curious about, but where would you rank the DC TV characters from toughest to weakest? I'm going to come up with my own list later because I'm going to have to give this some thought. Among the CW shows it's pretty obvious the top would either be Supergirl or someone from her show as not only have the crossovers repeatedly show she's so much tougher than everyone else, but even her villains like Livewire have repeatedly defeated powerful guys like Flash.
Also for extra fun, feel free to add supercharacters from other shows too if you feel inclined.
