Does anyone have any suggestions for similar movies? I've seen Exam. Either that kind of 'people trapped in the same room' plot, or it can also be a movie with a similar plot, where it's kind of philosophical or blurs the lines of morality, difficult choices, etc. That kind of thing.

In case anyone is interested, you can watch The Human Race (2013) A similar premise, with aliens abducting random people and forcing them to race until one is left alive.

Though they're not directly forced to kill eachother, they are put in extreme medical circumstances and forced to share very limited resources. Much better as a commentary on the human condition and social relations.
