Racist Tagline

After seeing the poster trending for the new Dr. Who for a week, I finally noticed the taglines on the side of him and I'm a bit surprised to see the term "joyride" plastered next to a black man like that.

Isn't that a bit presumptuous and uncouth by contemporary standards? It's marginally less blatantly racist than placing "watermelon" and "fried chicken" in bold letters as taglines, but it still partakes of the essence of stereotyping that makes those other terms racist. I'm just surprised to see that word next to a black man in an advert for a sci fi show.
