The difference in the powers of Doctor Strange and Scarlett Witch

I saw this on a FB discussion earlier and it's created quiet some pointed arguments. Was wondering about the MC community's thoughts.

Seems to me that Wanda's power involves the harnessing of a powerful type of energy (perhaps mystic in quality) that she can use to throw objects, envelop explosions, smash barriers open and project as a force field. She got her power from the Mind Stone.

Stephen Strange has markedly different abilities, such as being able to manipulate reality, use the sling ring to create portals between great or short distances, temporarily alter time (when he has the Time Stone) and use any number of mystical weapons at the New York Sanctum.

Wanda seems to be more of a conduit for channeling the energy from her body while Stephen seems to use spells and charms to channel his power and is considered a Sorcerer.

So who's more powerful? I picked Doctor Strange because of his vast array of abilities, although I think the energy controlled by Scarlett Witch might be stronger.
