Does this movie count in Tom Holland's 6-movie contract? And what about Black Panther and Doctor Strange? They were all in the movie for such a small amount of time I think they should only count as "cameos".

I think they still count. Keep in mind, Cap and Widow were only in Infinity War for about five minutes each.

It perhaps should. Either way, nothing says they can’t renew their contracts once they expire. RDJ did it. Word is Hemsworth did as well.
