What's your favorite medical drama?

Mine is the Casualty series (Casualty 1906/ 1907/ 1909). After that its House.

Edit: and M*A*S*H. Surprised I forgot that.

M*A*S*H. Loved Chicago Hope, ER when it was good. Emily Owens, MD (though kind of not a drama.) Doogie Howser. Red Band Society. Three Rivers. I liked Off The Map too.

ER, House and Grey's Anatomy till Season 5 after that it was really bland with some good episodes in each season.
Can't remember if I saw any others wasn't a big fan of Scrubs and Private Practice feels like Grey's Anatomy without pressure/trauma/surgeries which leaves mostly the sex. Wanted to see Off the Map. For me ER was way better than Grey's at the same number of seasons despite the numerous cast changes

Nothing will ever beat ER, but I think Code Black is close.
Also loved Critical from the UK, sadly axed after one series :(
Also adored House.

House, obviously. I'm not a fan of Grey's Anatomy, which is more drama than medicine.

The reason I like Code Black is because it highly focuses on the medical/scientific aspect (even if not accurate sometimes) while also focusing on the character development. The aforementioned one is like 90% drama with doctors going around having sex with each other or nurses and 10% medicine.

House for me is unbeatable!
M*A*S*H of course, but from a different era and caliber (good old days ). Love the MASH-theme song "Suicide is painless" too.
