It has no competition. Perhaps Ant-Man 2, though not that big. Perhaps the next Mission Impossible, though Cruise is not the biggest hitter for box office anymore (which is a pity, his last movies have been awesome). There's no other big big blockbuster this summer.
It's either this one or some cartoon CGI movie like Hotel Transylvania 3.
With Solo flopping hard it is setting up Jurassic World VERY nicely on June 22.

Sorry no. I've seen it this evening, and whilst its ok, it won't top Jurassic World never mind Infinity War.
The nostalgia factor got people to see Jurassic World, whilst that will help get some arses in seats for this movie, word of mouth will quickly dampen the enthusiasm.
Theres simply nothing new here to see, its simply OK, whereas Jurassic World was a genuine crowd pleaser.
I'll stick my neck out now, Fallen Kingdom will lag behind Infinity War.
I agree, don't see how World 2 will make huge money. There's really no hook to the movie in the trailer, just a continuation of the last movie, and they've added a lot of fire.
I really enjoyed Jurassic World, but I haven't seen anything in the previews for this that interested me.

1) Someone named Scott Mendleson said Fallen Kingdom MAY be this summers biggest hit.
