How did Ghost get snapped by Thanos in the MCU when she has quantum realm powers?

I was just going to ask what happened to her character, where is she now? Ant Man goes quantum to get material that may save her, but the snap happens. I don't recall if there is some indication whether she disappeared or not, but either way, has she since been saved or did she just die?

At that point, Thanos has control over all aspects of the universe on every level.
