No I'm not watching them , I just worry that they use up a large proportion of the movie Industry's output that they could be putting into actual good films.
^^^ this, exactly. its fine having some fun summer action films out there, but every now and then, a movie comes out that kind of blows everything away, and you go, "Wow, that was great! Can't wait to see it again, take friends, buy a copy"... (sigh) but those are fewer and farther between now that they found the super hero money tree.
A LOT of interesting scripts are being passed over since they aren't in THAT "universe". :(
you've gotta wonder if at some point they'll be making money because people are watching because theres nothing else , and everybody has actually grown tired of them
