Good movie that gets most of the facts right

I went to see this because I follow sled dog racing and I'm a big Iditarod fan. It's a nice family movie about the 1925 serum run to Nome and will perhaps get more people interested in the history of mushing in Alaska. The scenery and dogs are beautiful, although they use Siberian Huskies and not Alaskan just because I suppose most people are not familiar with Alaskan Huskies and Siberians are more "beautiful."

I was reading in Imdb, they used Colorado mountains and not Alaska. Reckon tourism is more of the attraction there than moviemaking. It's still fine in its own right. Maybe a little great, at want in hyping up, but not mythologizing the dogs as other movies had. Instead, the handlers and coordinated humsn effort are center, although rescue dogs are in front.
