Who's the most unlikeable?

To me it has to be Kendall, the Theon Greyjoy of the show. Walking around dickless amounting failure after failure but still loyal to his master and abuser.

At least Kendall can check himself, my unfavorite is Roman. And his breakdown at having to give his funeral speech was a total delight, not to mention his collision with the crowd. They are all pretty bad.

I don't know where Kendall summoned the testosterone to reinvent himself as his father's son.

But Tom and Greg are equally as repugnant as everyone else - they all the same poison soul.

Tom and Shiv. Easily.

Ken is annoying but he’s mainly harmless. As Logan said, he’s not a killer.

Shiv OTOH is addicted to backstabbing, and Tom doesn’t flinch at leaving a blood trail.

Yup, last episode changed my mind to Shiv being the most unlikeable. She was written to be clever but ended up being a backstabbing whore

It was either a bad arc from the writers in order to contrive a series surprise, or a deliberate erosion of character.

Either way, even if she was right, it was evil to build Ken’s hopes up only to crush them at the last minute.

The three younger siblings constantly manipulated and back-stabbed each other. That's all they knew and learned from their dad.

And agreed how she was originally written better. She was my favourite character from S1.

To me Shiv was always written as a psychopath, she is manipulative, a pathological liar, narcisssistic and Machiavellian. But At least she is smart.

Tom has to be the worst to me. He is so insecure and because of this also very easy to manipulate by Shiv. He uses Greg as his minion even though Greg is probably smarter than he is. Tom is just mediocre and pathetic. He is trapped in a toxic relationship he doesn't even enjoy but lies to himself because he is too scared for standing up for himself. He is absolutely terrible. He is duplicitous, fake, insecure, petty, narcissistic, manipulative.

Greg is just naive and autistic.

Personality-wise, Shiv is the most down to earth and would probably be the easiest to deal with in real life. In terms of how everything played out in the show, she's also the most unlikeable because she thinks she's better than her brothers but meanwhile she backstabbed them multiple times and cheated on her husband. Roman probably would have been the worst with power considering how he acted on election night. Kendall is an insufferable douchebag but I do think he was right that he should have been the one.

Well she is written as a full blow psychopath character (narcissistic, Machiavellian, without empathy). Psychopaths are usually charming and easy on the surface, but manipulative and evil. She may appear easiest to deal with but if you deal with her you will be worst off in the long run!
