Just watched this without reading any reviews or knowing the plot line. Had a bit of a slow start but overall an excellent movie. Props to the lead actress who was adorable and very believable. Nice to see a child actor who isn't annoying or unwatchable. Emile Hirsh and Bruce Dern were great too.

8 / 10, will watch again.

P.S: Thought Grace Park was Michelle Malkin in the 1st scene when she was on TV (being interviewed) haha

IKR? One of the best things about this movie was the lack of PC, feminist and SJW "woke" shit being shoved down our throats. Hope we see more like this instead of remakes and political pandering.

Great mutant movie, I knew noting about it before going in and thought it was about a paranoid father hiding his daughter at first. loved the way it went after that.

Nope. If you like good character development, a decent story / plot line and great acting, you'll like it. Not full of explosions and special effects like X-Men DotFP, but enough to make it very entertaining and watchable.

Far from the best movie of 2018 but a cool sci fi. There was no background on just about anything. The child actress was incredible tho I'll give you that. She was very convincing and adorable..

Yes, I just saw this on Netflix and it is now my favorite movie from 2018. And that was the year I saw a ton of movies in the theater thanks to MoviePass! But this beats them all.

i thought it started ok but when people started disappearing i thought it got silly. the young girl was really good. the movie need some more background story and info on the abnormals. 6/10
