So there was a horned bull humanoid creature in Kamar-Taj. What is up with him? Who is he?

They don't have to explain. Maybe he's from another planet or timeline, maybe he's a human whose magic didn't go quite as planned. He's just there to make Kamar-Taj look weirder.

They don't have to of course. But this is Marvel. I don't believe it's random. In their world every background element has a history behind it or a reference to sg.

His name is Rhintrah. In the comics, he lived in Strange’s house along with Wong.
