how did the lady talk loud so the whole world could hear her when she appeared at the soccer game?

they knew where they were going so obviously they planned to
hack the transmission and replace audio with thier comms audio, so they can talk to anyone watching..
simple....

You are ok with time travel but have trouble with miniature microphones. I love this level of nitpicking

Btw who was Brazil playing at that World Cup final? For a second I thought it was the USA and that would have been less realistic than time travel and aliens

She said she was "tapped in", that means probably connected to the PA system of the stadium, and if she was broadcasting loud enough from the loudspeakers all the media would have been able to hear her and all those watching.
