I liked it. You're right the ending in the prison and the house were excellent. It was a good season.
It was either bad writing, or just a dumb-ass move, maybe showing a bit of dark humor. Even dumber was when Witt stood outside the gas station, glaring into the dark, knowing baddies were hot on his tail. They can easily see him, but he can't see them. He's lucky he only got shot in the leg. Even Dot made a few dumb decisions in this episode.
I wasn't buying her, either. I accepted her more as the episodes when on, but still......

In the 1st season, a character finds money in the snow. After I watched it, I watched the movie. The movie does explain where the money came from. Since then, I've watched seasons 2 and 3. Unless I missed it, there is no reference to the movie in these seasons.

It occurred to me to do that. Watch it so I could hate. But it's so bad, that I couldn't stomach it. Paramount should be ashamed to call this Star Trek.

I watched the first 2 seasons and was done. This show is an embarrassment to the name Star Trek. I'm sure it still sucks.

Hollywood started putting out long movies during the Covid years. People were at home, and I guess they were trying to appease the masses. Somehow they have forgotten that those days are gone and that we don't need movies this long. If a movie is gonna go beyond 2hrs, it needs to be good. This was not it.
I love that type of music. I just thought it was a little much.
