If you like "Falling Down", check out "Joe" (director who made Rocky) and "Taxi Driver" They sometimes have those classics in theaters, art-house cinemas, etc.. Out of curiosity, what are your favorite movies? I think it's why so many people do give up. I wish more would try older movies from the 60/70s (or before), but not necessarily the "classics" but something you think you'd enjoy before going into it. I'd be happy to give recommendations. YouTube alone has a lot of great movies available. Does anyone know what Moderator5 said before deleting? Spooky! (jk) To answer the question, I've never been there. Never liked seafood, but I haven't gone to any restaurant in years. I also prefer "Middle Zep".. The Who's last couple albums with Keith were also weaker especially compared to Quadrophenia, Who's Next which seem to be Zep's height, too. Zep I is too major chord-y but I do love the re-make of "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You" and Jimmy does add to it. That and "Houses of the Holy" are probably my favorite. I remember listening to Physical Graffiti when I was 14 with a cousin during Thanksgiving like it was yesterday. The Getaway, Junior Bonner, and Straw Dogs were good movies, but my favorite might be "Wine Noon" (which is on YouTube). I actually would rather watch a Peckinpah interview than one of his movies, but unfortunately, there's only a few out there in audio/video There's so many great ones I'm not sure I can limit it to 5, and will post only my 10/10 The Treasure of the Sierra Madre La Strada On The Waterfront Umberto D Bicycle Thieves Ace In The Hole Anatahan Grand Illusion The Seventh Seal Rashomon Shoeshine The Grapes of Wrath Ikiru Wild Strawberries Mr. Deeds Goes To Town Dodsworth A Face In The Crowd The Cranes Are Flying When they see the real thing, why would they settle for anything less? Writing Acting But in the YouTube age, people aren't restricted to simply whatever is on, and it delights me that all over the internet the favorite movies/music are from the 60/70s (or earlier), even these 20-somethings I'm talking to in a live chat right now View all replies >
