The closest thing to that is the early 90s Comic series Robocop Vs. The Terminator. Though they changed it in that so that Robocop causes Skynet to be created. Math and science. They got too tough in highschool. I barely passed them with a C. Yet reading, history, and writing were fun for me. I say this cause it seems I am in the minority preferring those subjects to Math. I can't drive but as a kid I remember my dad getting stuck in a traffic jam on the interstate with my mom, older brother, and 2 older sisters in the van with him. And this was back in the early 90s when we didn't have online cell phones or Portable DVD players. We'd listen to the musicals Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor coat on long drives in the car. On cassettes. Die Hard and Robin Hood Prince of theives. Your point is moot by what we see of the dark future Reese came from. The terminators in the future have guns so the one sent back in time thinks it needs guns. I also have to assume the Terminator would know the resistence sent a human back in time as well who would be educated on it and what its weaknesses are. Hence, why it needs guns to shoot back at the better trained human from the future who would get the human it's after to run away from it. Hence shooting at a running target. Son of House of Because few people in this topic will say it, I do like modern Superhero movies but don't go out of my way to see other genres in theaters. But when it comes to all other genres I prefer older movies. I have none and I am in my late 30s. I don't agree with the TC though. My Grandpa had a tattoo and he was in both the army (in the 1930s) and the Navy (durring World War 2). He later became a teacher. I have a friend with some and she's a midwife. So it's not just criminals who have one. Then you haven't seen the Untouchables. I don't like either of them. Shame on everyone who voted Biden in the primaries and shame on everyone who voted Trump. Also shame on all the republican candidates who dropped out of the race so early. I refused to vote in the republican primaries because everyone dropped out except Trump. It's so frustrating! So many people vote for the worst candidates. I'm not voting president or governor again! Cause most everyone is stupid and is just gonna vote for the worst candidates. I live in Illinois where we have nothing but corrupt governors on either side because most everyone in the state is stupid. That's not true. I like The Cosby Show, Seinfeld, ALF, and Saved by the bell. Seriously watch 2001 A Space Odyssey and then watch Alien. The space scenes are filmed in similar manners. And then by the late 70s and early 80s all movies looked similar filming wise to 2001 Space Odyssey. I'm pretty sure later directors used his filming techniques. I know James Cameron did. Even if you think that's all bullcrap you have to at least admit he was ahead of his time. Whether you like it or not his filming techniques became the standard for film making. So you have to respect him for that. I remember being in my local Auldies a while back and they had unisex bathrooms to pander to transgender people. They had one toilet so that only 1 person could use each bathroom. I'd rather have men and women's bathrooms but if you're gonna do unisex bathrooms that's the way to do them. Amen! The 1982 one is better. The thing in the original just looks like a tall man and the scientist who keeps trying to prevent everyone from hurting it is really annoying. I have this on bluray so I am not watching it on TV. I can't remember the name of the episode but where a guy Andy arrested gets out of prison having served his term. He calls Andy to tell him he'd like to meet him. Barney thinks he wants to kill Andy for arresting him. So he gets Floyd and Gomber to come with a net to capture the guy. Well, the guy turns out to want thank Andy for turning his life around. And Barney, Gomber, and Floyd get trapped in the net. That was funny. I wouldn't be for Samuel L. Jackson in this. Al and Argyle are fine enough. Plus he worked better in the 3rd film. Then again he was not known in 1988. He wouldn't achieve much fame til Jurassic Park in 1993. I find this way of thinking insane and think you and everyone who may think it should commit yourselves to mental institutions. Money isn't going to help someone cope with the loss of a loved one. Plus all black people aren't guilty of murder. Why should the black people who are innocent of murder and have never been arrested for it have to pay money for things they didn't do?
